Instructions
- Ceiling Hole Cutting:Use appropriate tools to cut a hole in the ceiling according to the size of the corresponding luminaire.
- Connect the Wires:Connect the wires to the luminaire terminals correctly according to the installation manual. It is best to be operated by a professional electrician.
- Insert into the Ceiling:Align the spring clips on both ends of the product vertically and insert it into the ceiling hole.
- Lower the Spring Clips:After confirming that the hole size fits the product and the wiring is correct, lower the clips, then you can turn on the power for use.

Q2: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A2: Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q3: How to deal with the faulty?
A3: During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q4: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. One sample or mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: How long time to ship the goods if place an order?
A5: Usually 7 days for sample or small order,15 working days for bulk order, but sometimes depend on the order quantity.
