Raw material inspection: Strictly test core components such as LED chips, driver power supplies, and heat dissipation materials to ensure they
meet quality standards.
SMT mounting: Through fully automatic surface mount technology (SMT) machines, LED chips are precisely soldered onto circuit boards to
form light source modules, which are the core components of LED lamps.
Assembly process: The light source module is assembled with the heat sink, housing, lens and other components. Automated equipment and
manual labor are used in combination to ensure a stable structure.
Aging test: Light up the LED lamp for continuous aging for 48 to 72 hours to screen out products with abnormal light attenuation or faults,

Packaging and warehousing: Products are packaged through an automated packaging line and entered into the system to achieve production
